From October 30th we will start serving this year's Christmas menu at Fjellskål. Whether you are a small or large group, we can offer our own party room and a Christmas menu with pinnekjøtt, lutefisk and other traditional Christmas favorites.
We want to make your Christmas celebration simple, tasty and memorable. In 2026, Fjellskål marks 50 years at Fisketorget in Bergen, and for this year's Christmas party we have put together a menu with classic Christmas favorites, good local ingredients and the seafood specialties that many know us for.
On the menu you will find a rich selection of traditional Christmas favorites and local specialties. We serve rakfisk with classic accompaniments, fingerlings and lutefisk as they should taste, as well as Perse cod and reindeer prepared with the care and craftsmanship that characterizes Fjellskål.
Naturally, we offer our own seafood specialties, brought straight from the sea outside our door. If you want variety, you can also choose freely from our regular menu, so that everyone in the party will find something to suit. This way, you get both Christmas classics and Fjellskål's delicacies from sea and land in perfect harmony.
Our sommeliers are ready to recommend carefully selected drinking experiences that highlight the deep, rich flavors of Christmas. Whether you prefer a classic glass of red wine, sparkling with lutefisk, or non-alcoholic with style, we ensure the right balance between tradition and innovation.
