When Fjellskål takes over the kitchen at Park Hotel Vossevangen

On November 13, Fjellskål and Park Hotel Vossevangen come together for a unique evening celebrating food, wine and hospitality at the highest level. Dan Even Fjellskål and the Fjellskål team will take over the kitchen and craft the menu, while restaurant manager Robert Johansson and wine director Reidar R. Johansen present carefully selected wines from one of the Nordic region’s most renowned wine cellars. Together, they will create an experience where every dish and every glass is designed to complement one another.

For many, the wine cellar at Park Hotel Vossevangen is a destination in itself. This special evening offers guests the opportunity to experience it alongside a bespoke seafood menu crafted and presented by Fjellskål.
